Technical Data: Device identifiers, IP addresses, app usage diagnostics, and automated daily backup logs.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

SME Business Manager operates on a subscription model. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via integrated local mobile money networks or secure Paygate payment rails. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details. Failure to renew subscriptions prior to expiration may result in temporary suspension of admin dashboard access until payment is reconciled.

6. Manage, Delete Some, or All of Your Data

In compliance with app store privacy policies and data protection regulations, you have full control over your data. You can choose to delete specific information (such as individual products, expenses, or employee records) or request a complete wipe of all your associated data.

Note: Deletion actions are permanent. Specific item removals take effect instantly, while total account wipes permanently erase all associated records.
